Please call or email us to schedule an appointment. We respect your time and ask that you also respct ours. If you are unable to keep your appointment and need to change an appointment please call us a least 2 days in advance.

Office Hours

Monday – 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Tuesday – 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Wednesday – 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Thursday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Friday – 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Insurance

Library Park Dental accepts most dental insurance plans. We are happy to assist you with processing your insurance claims, but so require deductibles and co-payments at the times of service.

Financial

Payment is due at the time of service. for your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer convenient financing through Care Credit. Online application forms may be downloaded Here.
